Auditions: Sunday, June 15 & Tuesday, June 17
5 – 7:30 p.m. Calling actors 11 through 60 (and beyond!) for the revival of this beloved American classic. Actors will be reading selections from the script, no prepared readings necessary. Many roles are gender and/or race neutral. Bring your calendar and be prepared to list all rehearsal conflicts in advance of casting. Young actors should bring an adult to help list rehearsal conflicts. Forms will be provided at auditions. Rehearsals begin Sunday, August 3 and run weekly on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6 – 9 p.m. at The Merc Playhouse. Required rehearsals include tech on October 5 and dress rehearsals October 6, 7, and 8. Performances begin Thursday, October 9 and run through October 19.
