Kicking off a new season with The Diabolical Elixir, or Choose Your Poison

At The Merc, we start our new year in the fall, which means we are gearing up for a fresh, new season of entertainment right now. We have a great year of live theater planned for The Methow Valley and it all starts this weekend with The Diabolical Elixir, or Choose Your Poison. This Gothic Melodrama Mashup presents an unusual twist — the character with the least power becomes the most potent actor for an interesting characterization switch. Staged as a live radio play, the production features elements of the traditional Gothic Melodrama with a contemporary spin.

Enjoy special late-night Saturday performances of this fun production. Join us for a 9 PM show after the Room One Soup Dinner on the 24th. Or, on the 31st, take the kids trick-or-treating and then enjoy a full night of activities in Twisp with dinner, live theater, and parties at all of our local Halloween haunts.  We planned these special late shows so that you can see and do it all!  We hope to see you at The Merc!
